I have quite a big lab report due soon but i'm not sure how to calculate my Rf values. We did paper chromatography through three phases of leaf color change (green, light green, the yellow for me). I have some that are streaks and some that are lines but I'm not sure how to calculate the Rf values for the streaks, especially when I have four colors. Any help on this subject would be GREATLY appreciated. And if anyone knows how many color seperations you should have on a completely yellow leaf please let me know. Thanks a lot!
