I am trying to design a undergraduate (3rd year) lab
course in HPLC principles.
1) Do you know of any good reference books?
2) do you know of any good, valid web sites, which I
can use and link my students to?
3) I would appreciate any experienced advice.

Look into the resources available through the ACS: www.ACS.org
You might also want to look into the Journal of Chemical Education
