Training: Practical HPLC Troubleshooting

Who should take this course?
This course is designed for anyone who works with HPLC. No previous experience with HPLC systems is assumed; however, much of the course will appeal to the more experienced worker..

What does it cover?
"Practical HPLC Troubleshooting" is an intensive two-day course that teaches you the ins and outs of solving problems that occur with your LC methods. More importantly, you'll learn how to prevent many of these problems from happening in the first place. Here's what the course covers:

  • The operating principles of each module in an HPLC system
  • A review of basic HPLC theory as it applies to troubleshooting and instrument maintenance
  • Proven techniques for systematic problem-solving and instrument maintenance
  • The most effective , timesaving, money saving approaches to preventing common hardware problems and method failures.
  • Extensive case studies to hone your skills.

What will I get from this course?
What you learn will demystify your instrument. You'll find that all of the perplexing and frustrating problems your experience have simple and logical solutions. And, better yet, you'll learn that most of these problems are preventable. The techniques you learn from this course will make you more effective at work and save you big headaches! Students tell us that this "extremely practical course" is a must for everyone who uses HPLC.

This course is taught as an in-house course only. To discuss in-house course options, call (800) 379-5221 or send us an e-mail with a brief description of your training needs, and we'll call you with details.
