Has anyone used buffers (organic or inorganic) as the mobile phase with the Aluspher RP-Select B columns?

I am trying to use an Aluspher column with water-acetonitril mobile phase. I think this kind of column is not good for high contents of water (more than 70%) - I observe a wavy baseline. Has anyone experienced such a problem?
