We have to develop a GC method for monitoring impurities/degradates in Levulinic Acid; two of the known impurities are alpha and beta-angelica lactone (cyclization products).
I have no problem to get a sample of alpha angelica-lactone, but I am unable to find out a supplier for beta angelica-lactone.
Does anybody know such a supplier ?
