Tried separation of vitamins in Centrum and could not get good results. 254nm, 30-70 MeOH and Buffer(KH2PO4),C-18. Separations are not easily optimized. Can't think of whatelse, other than mobile phase might be wrong. Appreciate help.

Welcome to the wonderful world of chromatography. Not so easy, is it? Many, many people have spent a lot of time and money developing chromatographic methods for vitamins in tablets and many, many articles have been published dealing with this subject. A literature search would be a good starting point.
