I need help on amino acid assay using DABSYL Chloride derivatization agent. Is recrystalization of DABSYL Chloride critical? What is the most important in the procedure? What is HPLC assay condition?
Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi,
I'm an ophthalmologist doing research with vitamin E in the lens. I work in Sweden and it has been not so easy to find somebody who can measure vitamin E concentration in the lens with HPLC and electrochemical detection.
How can I do?
Marcelo Ayala
