I currently use spherisorb-SCX based column for achieving separation of non-aromatic amines. Does someone use these column too ? Do you observe variations of retention times for one column to another, to up than 30 % ? Do you use other brands of SCX columns ?

We do use these columns and we don't see a difference in time neither between runs, or even changing columns. May-be your separation mechanism is a little critical

As with everything else: the variation of retention may very well be a function of the mobile phase. Without this information, it is not possible to judge what is going on.
