I leart recently that rpm is NO LONGER a valid unit for centrifugation speed. Is this true? If yes, then how to calculate from rpm to relative centrifugal force?

Gravity is the units you need.
The formula is thus:

G=11.1N*((rpm/1000)^2)

where N=radius of rotor head in cm.
