Currently I am working on the analysis of above drugs. Has anybody worked on them? If so, do they have any significant fluorescence? If yes, under what conditions (pH)?

Certainly Furosemide is highly fluorescent compound. You may examine a std solution of it under a long w.l. UV lamp and get a feel!
