I just completed a project for Ipratropium Br
Try using 5mM 1-butane sulfonic Acid, Na salt pH 3.5, with approx. 15-20%ACN, 0.4%TEA
C8 Alltima 5µ 150 x 4.6 column
GIves decent separation but extended retention times
