I need to use hexane as ion pairing, my mobil phase is acetonitrilo 10% in water, but I dont know what is the miscelliar limit concentration of hexane in this. Could anybodie help me? Thanks.

I only know what the solubility from hexane in water is: 10 mg /kg at 20 degree C. I think in your mixture hexane will be soluble until 1 g / kg water.

Hmmm, I am not sure what you are trying to do. Do you really want to use hexane to do something in reversed-phase chromatography, or do you use hexane sulfonic acid as an ion-pair reagent. If the latter is the case, why are you concerned about the formation of micelles?
