HI, All,

Does anyone know the proper volatile buffer for the acid antibiotic for the ESI-MS assay?

Many thanks in advance.

Acetate is one of the most common volatile buffers for MS. The pH range is about 4-6. Although not a buffer, TFA is used to adjust pH to 2-3.
