I'm looking for HPLC column / instrument parameters / mobile phase that would work for the analysis of ammelides in Cyanuric acid. Please help.

Try this:

Column: NH2 reverse phase (25 x 0.46 cm)
MP: Acetonitrile : 5 mM pH 6.7 sodium phosphate buffer (78:22)
Flow: 1.0 ml/min.
UV: 214 nm

I've used this method in the past for melamine and related amino- & hydroxy triazines.

ZIC™-HILIC is a suitable column for ammelide (2,4-Dihydroxy-6-amino-1,3,5-triazine). Mobile phase: approx. 70% acetonitrile/30% 5 mM NH4Ac
