Dear Chromatographers,

I want to separate DNA-fragments (PCR) of same length but different sequence
using HPLC. Typically this is done with DGGE, but we would like to run it on HPLC.

Does anyone has experience with this problem using either Transgenomic or Varian or
Agilent columns and equipment? I have heard about the superior performance of the DNAsep
column of transgenomic (Varianīs helix should be similar?) - whatīs with Zorbax Eclipse dsDNA?

What are critical parameters? (both for the DNA-fragments and HPLC-conditions)

My problem: we will need this method within a project, but are not willing to buy (licence)
an HPLC from Transgenmic or Varian without knowing the success of the project.

Thank you in advance
