I am a high school Biology student and we have just completed a lab involving paper chromatography and plant pigments. I am in the process I writing my Lab Report and in my conclusions I must state why each of the pigments migrated as far as they did. In the lab carotene traveled the furtherest as opposed to chlorophyll b which traveled the least. Why would this have happened?? If you can help me please email me at LaxAngel29@lacrosse.com. Thanks!
