What would be the cause of retention time shift of the second eluter when the retention time of the first eluter remains the same? The retention time increased about 13% for 40 injections. It was an isocratic run with mobile phase of 40% IPA, 60% ACN and 0.1%water.

What is the column? What is the retention time of the first peak? What is the flow rate?

It is a Kromasil C18 column. The retention time of the first peak was about 7 min and the second peak started at 10 min.

You still did not tell us the column dimensions and the flow rate.
Why are you using nearly 100% organic on a C18 column?
