Hello fellow Seperation Scientists,
I am trying to justify the fact that on our HPSEC system we use 280nm, with Biorad standard to show system suitablitity and 424nm for sample detection. Is it an acceptable to use two different wavelenghts as above? Is there any articles I could reference to show that it is.

Can you clarify your question a little for us. Is your Biorad standard a MW standard(s). What is the purpose of your method, assay, mw confirmation, etc.? What are your suitability criteria?
