I need a composition of IODOPLATINATE spray reagent for detection of Sulfur Compounds (Awwad HK, Adelstein SJ 1966 A quantitative method for the determination of the specific radioactivity of sulfur-containing amino acids separated by paper chromatography. Anal. Biochem. 16: 433-437.)

Try a classic book.

Stahl, Ergon "Thin Layer Chromatography", 1st. Ed. (1969).

Iodoplatinate
0.15% w/v potassium chloroplatinate and 3% potassium iodide in dilute hydrochloric acid.
For detecting alkaloids, amines, and organic nitrogen compounds.

Is this it?
