Hi!
I think that all the publications of Andrew ALPERT (search as an author in the abstracts) is what you really want. I can give you one of the first article introducing HILIC chromatography which is:A. Alpert, J. Chromatography 499, (1990), 177.
He is also the president of PolyLC which make most of the HILIC columns that you can commercially find.
Normally he has all the bibliography about HILLIC chromatography and you could maybe speak with him if you have a specific problem (just tell him the compound you want to analyse and he'll give you just what you need!).
