Hi, Frank. I did a substructure search on our Applications database and found a method containing derivatives of your compound. Cinitapride was not in there, but LC Simulator predicts a reasonable retention time (5.9 minutes) for cinitapride. Perhaps this will be a useful starting point for you:
Inertsil 5 C8 column; 25 cm x 0.46cm
Flow rate 1 mL per minute
75% water, 24.9% MeCN, 0.1% H3PO4
