Hello, everyone!

I am working on the analysis of fluconazole in biological matrix by HPLC. I am curious if fluconazole has any fluorescence. If yes, under what conditions. What will be good internal standard candidates?

Many thanks in advance.

I've not worked with fluconazole, but I have worked with tebuconazole, cyproconazole, and propaconazole. They all have weak UV absorbance between about 200 and 210 nm. The mobile phase conditions were various combinations of acetonitrile and water.
