Dear all,
I want to use GPC, using the RI detector, to analyze the Molecular weight distribution of the modified starch. Is it possible? any limitation? or some condition I need to follow?

Regards,

No problem, select a column type for aqueous GPC. These things are available from several manufacturers. Slect the pore size(s) useful for the molecular weight of the stuff that you want to analyze, and use the mobile phase recommended by the manufacturer.
