Does anyone have knowledge of specifics for HPLC analysis of fluconazole. I am starting with a 1.5mg/mL fluconazole solution in 50:50 methanol/water. Also in this solution are very small amounts of transdermal patch ingredients and residue which are extracted along with the fluconazole from the patch. We are trying reverse phase with water/acn mobile phase and a Inertsil ODS-3 column but am getting poor chromatography and peak shape.
