Dear all,
We need an easy HPLC-method (especially with an easy detection like RI) for the routine analysis of cyclodextrines (bulk material) in a raw material laboratory. We want to separate alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrine in one run. Furthermore, we want to determine underivatized cyclodextrines in derivatives like HP-beta-CD, HP-gamma-CD and so on. Are there any ideas?
Thank you all in advance!
Jack

Dear Jack,
I have an application note for cyclodextrins. If you reply with your e-mail or telephone, then I can send you information.
