The pKa values of analytes (especially pharmacecuticals) are very helpful during method development. However, many are not listed in Merck Index. I would like to know where to look for them (pKa) in addition to Merck Index.

Many thanks in advance.

The Chem Web site has a great number of experimentaly calculated pka values. Furthermore, there is a software called "Pallas" that you can design structure and calculates the theoritical(s) pKa.
