I have a gradient (PO4H3 0.005 M - Metanol 14% - 35% at 30 min. 272 nm. This gradient have a positive derive, the subtances to determinate are easily oxidable. What substance can I agregate to PO4H3 to correct that?

using gradient with methanol will obviously give you a positive derive. You should limitate it by conditionning your system with many blank runs or substracting your assay with a blank run (it is just a software trick for presentation, the derive is still here but reproducible).

Many blanks runs? That can limitate positive drift? Who?
Thanks a lot
