I have a gradient PO4H3 0.005 M : Metanol, 86:14 to 65:35 at 30 min. 272 nm and I have a positive baseline drift that I want to correct. The substances to analize are easily oxiditized. The PO4H3 can't increase because poor resolution, I think to agregate a substance to PO4H3, but what?
