I am looking for advice or a good general starting reference for the design of a post column reactor. I am using NaOH/ferricyanide to make a thiochrome prior to fluorometer. LC flow/column are "conventional" C18 25 x 4.6 @ 1.8 ml/min. Any advice or point to a good text is appreciated.

How fast is the reaction? If it takes seconds, all you need is a mixing T. If it takes a few minutes, you need to create a post-column reactor.
