I am looking for advice/help in setting up a post column reactor. HPLC is "conventional" C18 25 x 4.6 @ 1.8 mL/min. I am using NaOH/ferricyanide to make thiochrome prior to fluorometer. Any advice or point to a good text to help me plumb this the right/best way is appreciated.
