I am currently working on a method, although I might not be far enough along to help you. Have you had a problem with isomerization in solution? I have had a lot of problems with this, and the isomers are separating on my C18 column. Please let me know if you know of a way to prevent this

I have developed methods for Amoxicillin in product and bulk. I am not sure what you mean by feedstuff. Also, what is this isomerization?
