Post an e-mail address and I will forward copies of some qualification protocols. What are you interested in, Installation Qualification (IQ), or Operational Qualification or both. Also, you might want to contact the vendor and see if you can get copies of protocols they use to qualify their instruments. These would probably be a good starting point.
