Who knows this solvant?

I have few informations about this solvant. It can replace Hexane in normal phase in HPLC. It is soluble in all organics solvants.
Where can I buy it? Who can give me more informations, and the name of the company in France, which sell it.
Thank you for your responses

Excuse-me, it is HFE-7200 instead of HFE-300.
