There are numerous CNBr methods available for the detection of methionine sulfoxide in proteins. Check in methods of enzymology (can't remember the exact issue, but it was one of the early ones).

If you are talking about persulfonation of methionine to sulfones and then analyzing them by LC.......... you can try these ones
1) Peroxidation of Methionine to Methionine Sulfones:
Ref: Amino Acid Analysis of Feedstuff: Determination of Methionine and Cysteine after oxidation with Performic Acid and Hydrolysis.
Authors: Manfred Spindler et. al.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 1984, 32, 1366-1371
2) Analysis of Methioine Sulfones on LC
Ref: Corrleation between Molecular Weight Distribution of Oligo-L-Methionine Prepared by Papain Catalyzed Polymerization and Its Supplementary Effects in a Low Protein Diet
Authors: Takanori Kasai et al.
Biosci. Biotech. Biochem. 56, 1992, 1884-1885
Infact... we have used the methods used in these papers for our research work.
