Could anyone please help me in finding a method or process used to decontaminate pencillin spores before bringing an HPLC system into a non-pencillin producing environment?
Thank you in advance.

We spray everything down with an ammonia solution. Than you can verify that you have it clean by swabing it and analyising it according to your cleaning validation procedure.
