Presently I have problem with analysis of the separation degree of clemastine fumarate enantiomers. Regarding this I'm are looking for a suitable HPLC chirl column. Can ypou help me?.

Hi Waldek,
I have analyzed enantiomers of Ketamine before using a Chiral-AGP column that we bought from ChromTech of Sweden via one of it's distributors in Asia. I believe the distributor in USA is Advanced Separation Technologies Inc. in NJ. However, we bought ours a couple of years back, so I don't know if the distributorship in USA has changed since then.
I believe there are also Chiral column for GC separation. If your sample is not heat labile, perhaps you can consider that, too.
Good Luck

Chirbase (www.chirbase.u-3mrs.fr/chirbase) has a
chromatographic system for clemastine enantioners.
Chirbase is a fee based molecular database
consisting of thousands of chiral separations
HOWEVER you get one free application. I’ve not
used it and would be interested in your feedback.
