I am using 85%organic (ACN:MeOH/35:65+1mL THF) and 15% Acetate buffer for the mobile phase, The column is phenomenex-Spherisorb C-18. I am getting a very noisey baseline. I can not integrate the peaks properly. Please advise.

What is your detector? If UV, what's the wavelength? What was in the instrument before you started with this assay? What was in the column before this? Is your retention OK? What is the concentration of your buffer, and did you check if it mixes with the mobile phase? What is the grade of THF that you are using? Actually, how noisy is noisy?
