Recently we have purchased MDQ capillary eletrophoresis from beckman Coulter. We are facing some practical problems for analysis of drugs. Are there any forums for discussion on our problems. Are there any sites of users for capillary electrophoresis.

We have Beckman MDQ P/ACE type CE instrument with DAD.
And we have capillary window breaking problem.
We tried different type of capillaries and we do not use flame directly for opening the window.
Normally there should not be a problem like this but we have.It is happening very often and when it started it is going on for a while,for example 3 times per a day!!
Do you have any idea about this problem?
