Does anyone know an HPLC method to analyse ketotifen obtaining a tailing factor below 2? I have tried several methods but I always obtain a poor peak shape.
I would be grateful for any hints.

I Think that tere is a preview in the USP or in Pharmaeuropa.
I have not tryied but I'm sure that you can look for there
