I have assayed few of the volunteer plasma sample with different concentration of a drug, by both HPLC and HPTLC methods. I would like to know the statistical method for the comparision (cross validation) of the results achived from both the methods.

What does your data look like? Number of samples, method of quantating the peaks, standard deviation?
