IŽd like to analyse the carotenes in plants, especially the three xanthophylls antheraxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin with RP-HPLC.
Have anyone datas about suited HPLC-columns, instrument parameters and mobile phase?
At the moment I use ACN/H20 and Ethyl acetate. With this methode I cannot differentiate three peaks.
I hope anyone can help.
