I am looking for a method to analyze phenethylamine by HPLC. I've only found a small amount of information, namely that a C8 column would suffice with a fairly high percentage of ACN in the mobile phase. I realized that it is a basic compound, and might need a special eluent and/or column. Can anyone help?
