I`m troubling with strange baseline and chromatogram even for testmix. I``ve just changed to a new LC-318 column, before I used a LC-18. Does that make the big different`.Or could it be contamination. I use the old guide-column. I run with recommened conditions. The peaks are small and broad.I`d looked for leakages. Everything seems to go wrong.
I`m frustareted

Anna,
There's another discussion about converting from 100A pore to 300A pore columns is that what you have done?

Bit harsh there Dave old chap!
Anna, as anonymous said, give us as much
information as you can about your system,
and we'll see what we can do.
How old is the kit you are using?
Plumbing the bits together is not as simple as
it looks. Bad connections lead to not just
leaks, but dead volumes can mess up the
separation.
Good luck!
