I have been given the task of purchasing a series of chiral HPLC columns to serve as a general screen for chiral HPLC method development. We are mostly interested in separating small drug molecule isomers, and I have about $10-15,000 to spend.

What columns would you suggest to give me a broad range of selectivities?

Thank you in advance,

Kevin

Kevin,

Might I suggest you get in touch with ASTEC (Advanced Separation Technologies, Inc.) website is www.astecusa.com. They have been very helpful in my projects and I would think they could offer some great advice for your needs.

Regards,
Mark

P.S. No I don't work for them, just a very satisfied customer.

I agree with Mark about ASTEC. I have been successfully using the Chirobiotic-T and V for small molecule work. I also like Chiral Technologies AD-RH.
