Dear all,
How can I calculate the effect of the flow cell size and connecting tubing on the separation efficiency for a 75 micron packed capillary column for an on- or off -column detection with either UV or radioactivity detectors. I would greatly appreciate any comments on HPLC equipment for nano-LC.
