Does anyone know the filling of the Ultrahydrogel 120 column as well as wich other column could be used as a substitute ? I need it for the purification of the plant extract to determine pesticide (nicosulfuron) residues?

Mira,

The base material of the Ultrahydrogel 120 column is methacrylate. There are a couple of other vendors that offer methacrylate based columns....

You may wish to call them for their technical support.
