I would like to separate chito oligosaccharides according to their degree of polymerisation (from dp 2 to dp 15). I use a column in low pressure liquid chromatography and I am looking for the best packing material for this application. My first idea was to use a sulfonated styrene-DVB. However, I am wondering if an other specific resin would not be better. Have you any ideas? Thank you for your help.
