I am using SP-207 or 206 resin for capture of a compound, and about 5% of the product seems to bind to the column irreversibly. However, on Amberchrom CG161, which has a similar backbone as SP-207, there is complete elution of the product in less than four columns. Can anyone share any experience of irreversible binding in the use of SP-207 with me.
