We are performing a plant cleaning validation and have certain parts of the plant Penicillin free. A different location of the plant uses Pen G K. We are detecting very small amounts of it and think it can't hurt any of our pharmaceutical processes but our specifications are set at none detect. Our chromatography is getting better hence our detection limit is getting better.
So the question is, "How can I find out exceptable cantamination of penicillin, or other products, in our final product"?
