Perhaps it is time you expanded on your problem solving skill set.
It is generally considered rude to shout in all caps and complain about the quality of the help you are receiving.
You haven't even really asked a question except does anyone have a method for a very specific compound - the lack of response means no.
I'm sure if you state what you have tried and what problems you are having somone will try and help.

i have strated work with the ECD DETECTION AS THIS COMPOUND IS HAVING VERY POOR UV ABSORBANCE
MOBILE PHASE IS ( 70 BUFFER KH2PO4(0.05M) PH 11 WITH 10% NAOH AND ACN 30 )
COLUMN IS L 29 COLUMN
FLOW RATE IS 1.0 ML/ MIN
E1 IS 700
E2 IS 820
i am getting peak at 12 minutes that is very broad
plates is 300 only
so how to improve on this performance

The compound may not be EC active. Erythromycin is EC active at high potentials, but various other versions of the drug may not be.
Increase your ACN concentration to bring the compound in.
Lower your E1 potential. Raise E2 potential. Call ESA and ask for help.
Go to the library, perform a lit search and try to figure it out on your own.

my response to the ecd is enough i think asi am injecting 100ug and getting response of 500
so its peak shape and plates which is the probleam i think as i have also tried with x terrra but same thing happens .

with a new L 29 COLUMN I HAVE GOT VERY GOOD PEAK SHAPE AND THAT IS NOT BROAD AND TAILING IS 1.04 AND PLATES IS 1200 SO I THINK NOW THIS METHOD IS WORKING OKEY I HVE TO NOW VALIDATE IT
